Fit for the Future

So who then, will be delivering our jobs if we’re all redundant, we ask?
Your jobs will not exist, after restructure, says manager with bullshit task.
So what is the plan for our client caseloads, if our jobs no longer exist?
New roles will be created, for which you can all apply, the manager insists.
So how then, will these new roles differ from our existing roles and why?
It’s about being fit for the future  it’s all in the packs! His rehearsed reply…
(wonder how much the glossy, corporate spin has cost to supply… )
Scan pack and spot the obvious lies: cut in salary, yet more responsibility
legitimised by wanky new job titles  ensures our mental health charity is
fit for his future, at least…
